DESCRIPTION:All\,\nI’m very sorry to let everyone know that we are cancelling this Saturday’s Team Penning. Both President Adam Romanik and Treasurer Mary Taylor are currently very under the weather. Our next Open Team Penning at Red Man Ranch & Arena is August Saturday August 28. We hope that everyone can join us then\n  \nTeam penning is a western equestrian sport that evolved from the common ranch work of separating cattle into pens for branding\, doctoring\, or transport. \n\nToday it is a fast-paced event that gives a team of three riders on horseback from 60 to 90 seconds to separate three specifically identified cattle from a herd of 15\, and put them into a 20′ x 24′ pen through a 10′ opening\, at the opposite end of the arena \n\nOpen Team Penning is open to everyone! Team Penning is a fun event for all ages of riders and all abilities of riding levels. Team sign-up takes place right before the event and everyone picks their own teams. If you don’t have a team and want to try\, there are folks who will team up with you. \n\nThe cost is for members $15 per person per team and for non-members $18 per person per team. Each team of three riders gets three goes or turns. There will be food will be available for purchase. Free admission for spectators. \nPrint the Flyer
